Need it by Christmas Eve?

All our shipping is with Australia Post. This year we have not experienced any delivery issues and found them to be very reliable, however please understand that once we hand over to Australia Post, delivery  is completely out of our control. 
We dispatch on the same day if we receive your order by 3 pm and if you order before or on the below dates,  under normal circumstances you will receive your parcel before Christmas.

We dispatch all stock sold on https://beachlifeaustralia.com from our warehouse in Australia (Sydney) unless specified otherwise.

Some items available for sale on https://beachlifeaustralia.com are shipped from our warehouse in Europe at our cost, this will be clearly specified in the description of the product. 

If you are visiting this Online Boutique from the European Union please shop at https://beachlifeaustralia.de, as all stock sold via our European site is dispatched from within the EU (Austria) and your goods won't be confiscated by customs and the delivery is much quicker. Our European's site default language is German however you have the option of automated Google Translation (top right hand corner on homepage) to most European languages. 
Prices on https://beachlifeaustralia.com do not contain any EU taxes or customs, please be advised that either customs (for items sent from Sydney) or us (for items sent from Europe) have to charge 20% tax and 12 % customs on top of the advertised prices on https://beachlifeaustralia.com.

We also deliver to the Rest of the World, please see Shipping Cost and Delivery times below. Please take note of any Customs or Taxes your country collects when importing goods, as Beach Life Australia cannot be liable for these charges. 

We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of your order, Monday-Friday from our warehouse in Australia (Sydney). 

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched and can get excited!

We sincerely apologise but we are only able to ship swim and resort wear to countries other than Australia at this point (accessoires are only shipped within Australia).

If you are ordering from outside Australia, please be aware that some countries might hold your items and charge additional Customs Duties and Taxes. Please enquire with the relevant Customs Department in your country for more information.
If you are unsure please don't hesitate to contact us on hello@beachlifeaustralia.com for any questions. 

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount as order values and destination country rules and regulations vary, please contact your local Customs Department.

In the event of you receiving a notification from your local Customs department or Shipping company due to the order value being above the threshold,  please pay these charges in a timely manner in order to ensure the earliest possible delivery. 

Beach Life Australia is not liable for any relevant taxes and duties applicable to the jurisdiction from which the order was placed.
Beach Life Australia cannot take any responsibility for potential delays incurred by confiscation by your local Customs Office.

If you choose to not accept your delivery after it has been dispatched, please kindly note that we will deduct shipping cost from your refund. 
Your refund will be initiated as soon as the goods arrive safely back in our warehouse. 
We cannot take responsibility for any potential losses for any non-accepted and customs return goods. 

For EU residents - Information for Orders from Non-EU countries

The good news is that Beach Life Australia has already paid all duties and taxes for goods sold on our European sister site https://beachlifeaustralia.de and the goods will be shipped from our warehouse in the EU (Austria). 
Our European's site default language is German however you have the option of automated Google Translation (top right hand corner on homepage) to most European languages. 

That means for orders on https://beachlifeaustralia.de you neither have to pay tax nor customs and the delivery happens within the EU. 

If you order from Australia (https://beachlifeaustralia.com) you have to pay the following duties and taxes when your goods arrive in the EU:

 Above order value of EUR 22 you have to pay VAT (20%) plus an administration fee. You will be charged these taxes and fees when you pick up your goods delivered from a Non-EU country at the post office. You will usually get a letter informing you of the charges and be asked to pick them up and pay the duties in person. 

  Above order value of EUR 150 you have to pay an additional 12% Customs.

  On average the delivery from Australia is 6-9 Business days plus it can take up to 5 weeks for Customs to process your goods, send you a letter and collect your taxes.
