Yes, we aim to be a timesaver for busy people and are a one-stop shop for your beach needs - we stock Women'sMen's and Kid's Swimwear and the coolest Accessories and Inflatables you can get! 

Is it safe to put my credit card details into this website?
Yes it is! As a matter of fact we never get to even see your credit card details let alone store them. We are working with the best in the business and all credit card transactions are handled via Stripe.

Shipping, Returns & Discounts

Where do you ship to?
Everywhere! For shipping rates and approximate delivery times refer to our Shipping Policy

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes!
We will pay for your shipping if you order above a certain amount. That amount depends on where we ship to and how expensive the shipping is for us.

Do you make tons of money from my shipping fees?
We absolutely don't. We charge either the same or lesser amount we pay for the shipping.

Do you offer free home try-ons, returns/ exchanges?
If you keep an item, absolutely!
Free home try-ons, returns or exchanges on full price swimwear are part of the deal within Australia when you purchase from us. Simply order a few styles, colours and sizes, try on in peace and the privacy of your home and send whatever doesn't fit/ you don't like back. 
Only thing we ask is to receive the item back in the same condition you got it, obviously.

I live in Australia, how do I return my full price swimwear article?
Check the following:
- within 14 days of receipt
- for women's swimwear the hygiene strip must be in place
- original condition, unworn and unwashed 
- unsoiled and no make-up or deodorant stains
- all tags attached

Send an email to help@beachlifeaustralia.com to notify us of the return and we will send you a pre-paid return label. Where all items in an order are returned, Beach Life Australia will deduct a return shipping fee of $9.90 from the refund to cover the cost of the return shipping.

I don't live in Australia, how do I return my swimwear article?
Check the following:
- within 14 days of receipt
- for women's swimwear the hygiene strip must be in place

Can I return accessories?
Yes!

Check the following:
- within 14 days of receipt
- original condition, unused and unwashed 
- unsoiled and all packaging intakt
- all tags attached

We kindly ask you to notify us via help@beachlifeaustralia.com and to arrange tracked return shipping for accessories.  

What 
happened to my order?
After fulfilment of your awesome Beach Life Australia package you would have received an email from us notifying you of the tracking link.
Please check the tracking link first to find out if the package is still in transit, delivery has been attempted or the item shows as delivered.
Item still in transit:
We understand you can't wait for your awesome Beach Life Australia product, unfortunately your Delivery Service is not fast enough :-) If there is no estimated arrival time stated and it's been a long while, please ask for an investigation via the tracking site
Delivery has been attempted:
It can happen that no card has been left. Please check the Tracking website, take note of the Delivery number and check with our Local Postoffice on what happened to your item.
Delivery complete:
In rare cases does your Delivery Service leave the parcel with your neighbour. Please check with your neighbours, if none received the item please take note of the Delivery number on the Tracking website and check with your Local Postoffice on where the item was delivered to. 

In all this cases, we apologise for any inconveniences on behalf of the Post office! 

I have a discount code - what now?

Please add the discount code on the last page of the checkout process on the right side of the screen.

Type in the code and then click "Apply".

The discount will be automatically applied and your chargeable amount reduced.

Choose your Payment method and then choose "Complete Order".
